TrustRadius for Vendors brings us the most valuable insight on our products and solutions: the customer voice. The review forms are very complex providing us useful insights on use cases, deployments, ROI, and challenges customers are facing. User reviews help our company identify features that clients would like to be added to our products and solutions giving us recommendations on product development process.

  • TrustRadius does the heavy lifting to gather the reviews - they take our lists, scrub them, and manage the campaign to reach out for the reviews. We just watch for the reviews to come in!
  • TrustRadius is diligent to ensure we get the most value from our partnership. They hold regular meetings with me and also with our team (including our CMO) and offer assistance to keep us on track and to ensure we're meeting our goals.
  • We've really been able to grow our library of customer quotes, identify new customer references, and gather competitive information through our reviews and they've been a great help to our marketing efforts.
  • The hardest part of working with TrustRadius is just not being able to keep up with them! They're always ready and anxious to move forward. It's taken a while for our teams to catch the vision and get on board, but now that we are, we're appreciating the results and are better able to justify the investment.
We work with very large and well-recognized brands who are not always able to participate in public customer advocacy activities. TrustRadius reviews are a great way to get our customers to provide honest feedback because TrustRadius is an independent vendor. I think customers are more receptive to rewards and incentives from an independent vendor rather than from us directly. If we were to offer rewards and incentives, they might feel more pressured to give only positive feedback and then may be less likely to provide a review at all.

TrustRadius for Vendors is great for collecting product reviews, but it can often be a challenge trying to drive reviews to TrustRadius if your organization is also driving reviews to the other review sites like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights. It depends on the organization and which review site they want to prioritize. Overall, TrustRadius for Vendors is easy to use and is a pretty standard product review site. The team is great too and I prefer working with them over other 3rd party review site vendors, especially G2.

We began partnering with TrustRadius for Vendors last year as part of an ongoing initiative to build customer advocacy and trust. (We were in a situation where we have thousands of customers but had never launched any sort of coordinated review effort.) As part of this initiative, we began working with three of the biggest customer review sites - we purchased premium profile listings and regularly run review campaigns with all three. TrustRadius for Vendors is by far the easiest to work with and the most engaged/invested in our success. Rebecca is our CSM, and we never meet *just* to meet - she always has topics outlined ahead of time and is always looking out for us - bringing ideas and opportunities for us to better present our brand to both our customers and prospects. We also use intent data to fuel our 6sense campaigns and have seen very promising results. If you are looking to get started with customer reviews and aren't certain how I suggest partnering with TrustRadius for Vendors.

TrustRadius for Vendors is well-suited for software companies wanting to reach buyers during the initial research stage. One scenario where you may run into challenges would be generating reviews if your customers are very small businesses. A large portion of our customers are SMB and Mid-Market, but for the few VSB business reviews, TrustRadius for Vendors has been wonderful about working with us to verify the identity of our customers without LinkedIn or Business email addresses.

TrustRadius is one of the main platforms within our review program. This program establishes a framework of transparency and honesty that allows us to listen to our users, partners and market analysts actively. At the same time, it establishes our customers' satisfaction level and helps decision-makers make better choices based on the real experiences of their peers. That is why the results obtained here are included in our company's health metrics.

I would definitely recommend it for any type of company of any size that has a review program in place. To help them have more reviews, to manage and classify them efficiently, and to show the results to try to influence the decisions of potential buyers. I would also recommend TrustRadius for those companies that need an extra layer of intent data to help them qualify for their opportunities. However, I don't think it's a good option for those small and medium-sized companies that are not well known and expect reviews to come organically and effortlessly because they will need to invest time to achieve success.

TIBCO uses TrustRadius for vendors majorly for content generation, widget syndication, accessing premium content, campaigns support and intent data. TR aids in positioning our top solutions where they should be in the market and keeps us aware about our customer experiences in real-time. All of the content generated via TR reviews provides us with a social proof of our product capabilities and use cases directly from the customers. Being Top Rated or earning a Most Loved tag from TrustRadius gives a strong sense of achievement. With the widgets, Trust Quotes, customized questions, TR becomes our go-to-portal for building a relationship of "Trust" with the customers. It is really an extension of our Voice of Customer program. As a marketer, I feel TrustRadius provides very reliable vendor services with utmost transparency. TrustRadius not only impacts goals but also helps in building the right strategy and align their services, timelines and efforts towards our successes. Moreover, the turn-around time for any or each of the service or query is very efficient. I love how TrustRadius builds that "Trust" amongst both the vendors and their customers by their exceptional services. Additionally, the customer success managers are very proactive and efficient with their work! Be it the promotional activities once you've achieved a position on TrustRadius or helping us with the review generation tactics or enabling our internal teams like sales, ABMs etc, TrustRadius is always on top of it!
  • Review Generation Campaigns - I like the way they are planned on regular intervals with minimum waiting time and I love the content and statistics shared after to help us be aware of what's working and what's not!
  • Intent Data - TR offers the right integrations and detailed form of data on how viewers are looking at us as a provider.
  • Widgets and Promotional Content Kits - It is a great way of increasing traffic on our websites and also sharing our achievements with the industry.
  • Review Questionnaire and Custom Questions: We can align the content or customer quotes we are generating with our GTM strategy. The reviews generated on TR are so extensive of content that you can learn about any products/solutions from the customer in depth!
  • More automated capabilities for reference hand-raisers as those can be well utilized for other participating in advocacy activities. An automated emailing system, may be!
TrustRadius is well aligned with the marketing advocacy efforts and sales enablement and aiding them for creating stronger pitches for a prospect for a NBB/Cross-sell/Upsell opportunities. Additionally, it can be the best source for providing fresh leads to the system. Additionally it gives great competitor insights and aids in building a strong community that supports our GTM strategy as well! Moreover, its well established for providing support to the web design teams for embedding the widgets on the product webpage.

We currently partner with TrustRadius to drive peer reviews to our company's page, encouraging true, honest feedback from our customers. When people are researching our company or product, we want them to see customer use cases, true benefits and any potential issues they have encountered. TrustRadius helps drive reviews from our customers through various campaigns.
With the newly redesigned admin portal, we have access to so much more great information about our page, buyers activity, reviews and where we stand in terms of TR Awards. This is all highly valuable information when planning our strategy around peer reviews.

  • The new admin dashboard is extremely beneficial and provides so much extra insight that we previously did not have. We now have insight into reviews and ratings over time, intent data, reference candidates, Product & Feature scorcards, buyer activity and awards progress.

TrustRadius as a whole provides great content because of the way they structure their questionnaire. I appreciate how thorough each review is, it's a shame we are unable to use these without paying an additional fee. The new Vendor Dashboard is great, we really appreciate all the extra insight into our pages.
My only concern is that it's not clear how TrustRadius differentiates itself from other similar peer review vendors and how companies choose to divide who they send their customers to.

Veracode uses TrustRadius for Vendors to collect non-bias reviews of our products and services. We then use these reviews as proof points in marketing content, a pipeline for our advocacy program, and even as a way to see what our customer's pain points are. TrustRadius for Vendors has helped us be more effective because we are able to collect these reviews without having to do extra work and setting up internal campaigns, etc., so we can then focus on how to best use these reviews.

Our prospects typically do 3rd party review research during lower sales funnel stages. Our review solicitation on TrustRadius for Vendors was unmanaged which caused our score to drop way outside the trend on all other review sites. No one in our company owns review generation/requests so we needed a way to solicit reviews to show an unbiased & balanced user reviews. TrustRadius for Vendors was able to take over solicitation of unbiased reviews to show a true user experience score. From these score improvements that matched our other 3rd party sites, our demo show rate & close rate have shown improvement leading to a payback on our investment in under 2 months.

Additionally and company that does not have the internal resources to manage review solicitation/management, they are a perfect partner to do the legwork to getting reviews done. Also any company that wants to provide incentivized reviews, it is almost impossible not to fall victim to their own company bias. TrustRadius for Vendors offers a framework to incentivize reviews and maintain the integrity of the feedback that is displayed for potential customers.

TrustRadius for Vendors has helped us at different levels. First, they helped us build the reputation of the company and increase its visibility with reviews. They helped us source more of them and make them aligned with our positioning, thanks to the custom questions. We used the quotes from these reviews to feed our sales team with words from real users, but we also used them on our website on different pages. TrustRadius for Vendors also helped us have more efficient advertising campaigns thanks to intent data. Compared to our previous campaign, we could see a 50 to 100% ROI increase due to the fact we could target people with an ongoing project.

We use TrustRadius for Vendors as a way to garner third-party credibility from real user reviews. Our clients review our software on the site which provides insights to potential customers about how they use the system. That feedback helps others make buying decisions. We appreciate the ability to leverage the reviews for content as well. Our team uses the information to share across the business with other stakeholders for ongoing feedback. There are a lot of ways TrustRadius for Vendors lets you use the reviews through social cards, reference candidates, TrustQuotes, and more. We just launched with TrustRadius for Vendors in August but we're already formulating goals around ratings/review numbers, etc.
  • TrustQuotes are extremely valuable. We set them up with custom questions so the TrustRadius team helps filter them into messaging that aligns with our internal/external messaging.
  • The Reference Candidates are a great way for people to raise their hands to express interest in helping us as a vendor. It's a way for us to work closely with the clients who provided reviews - positive or negative - from the TrustRadius site.
  • Follow-up requests is another nice area. People can leave their review and then request follow-up. That's a nice option as it lets you engage with those who provide the reviews. We've found value in connecting with these reviewers to get more information or simply thank them for reviewing us.
  • The new vendor portal still has some issues for us where it toggles back to some of the older functionality. That gives the user experience some bumps.
  • Report functions need improvement. I would like to see easier reporting based on reviews and/or ratings. Right now, you can move the data around in the portal, instead, you have to download everything into Excel.
  • The TrustQuotes widget is a tough one for our team. It's a great idea, but we haven't been able to get usage as it's linked into extensions through your browser. Our team hasn't adopted it very well up to this point.
I've been impressed with the TrustRadius for Vendors portal overall. We use it to support our efforts when it comes to third-party credibility. TrustRadius for Vendors gives you a lot of areas to work with within the platform. I like the TrustQuotes, Reference Candidates, Follow-Up requests, and the Review/Ranking areas. TrustRadius for Vendors is well-suited to support the feedback loop you need as a vendor. We have clients who provide reviews on the site, and giving us the opportunity to engage with them, respond to them, or simply thank them is really important. The reporting functions are pretty good but I think they can use some enhancements to make it easier to slice and dice the data so you can see exactly the number of reviews, ratings, industries, company size, etc., versus always having to export the reports. I'd also love to have automated reports set up too.

We strive for service excellence in what we do. The TrustRadius platform is being used as one of the means to gain insights in customer feedback and experience of our global customers so we can both learn and grow our software and services. Customer reviews are also important to us for our business growth. The platform can provide widgets we use to share customer quotes and experience on our website as external third-party proof.
  • Honest feedback platform! Not just "the good". This provides proper insight for customers who are evaluating options or selection shortlists.
  • Dedicated CSM services to help you get more out of the platform and increase the number of reviews.
  • Review syndication.
  • Posting a review can be time consuming which sometimes works as an obstacle to finish the review. Full reviews which are completed do offer more insights to interested parties.
  • Can't think of anymore yet. We are still learning and growing in this process internally.
Well suited for: Companies who can benefit from more online social proof and public customer experiences. Third-party proof via customer reviews has a considerable higher "Trust"-rate. This can be way more powerful than internal marketing efforts so it's an easy business case. Customer experience driven organizations with dedicated people. The TrustRadius platform can help you grow your business and also provide insights in customer experiences and comparisons which can be used to improve on.
Less appropriate for companies who do not have focus or dedication for customer feedback and experience. If you are not willing to invest or act on customer reviews and insights this might not be the platform for you.

TrustRadius for Vendors has the most customer-centric features of any review site I've worked with. TrustRadius for Vendors has helped us improve landing page conversion rates and organic traffic through the syndication of TrustQuotes. Additionally, the Chrome Extension is an amazing tool for our sales and marketing teams to easily implement real customer feedback into our promotional copy. TrustRadius' intent data, while dependent on the category which you purchase it for, is a solid source of supplemental intent data for Enterprise ABM campaigns. Last, but not least, their customer review generation teams are awesome and have helped us drive nearly 100 authoritative reviews in just 9 months. Overall, these offerings have helped round out our digital presence, especially when it comes to driving consideration with in-market buyers.

TrustRadius for Vendors is a strategic investment - one that pays dividends over time vs. creating immediate ROI. TrustRadius for Vendors is less appropriate for organizations looking for something that's a pure PPC/PPL platform. Smaller organizations that require immediate ROI will find that this vendor's offerings don't align with their budgeting and planning style.

I have user experience with around 30 review platforms similar to TrustRradius. TrustRadius for Vendors is obviously doing their homework very well. The customer feedback we are getting with the help of TrustRadius always has tons of curious material and helpful insights for our developers. What we are getting from TrustRadius for Vendors is then used by both development/product teams as well as in marketing.

  • Vendor appeal on weird reviews seems to be missing as a separate procedure.
  • Some customers are not happy with the length of the review process.
If you are working in Marketing, Sales, and or Reputation Management, and you are already familiar with such sites as G2, Gartner, Capterra, Trustpilot (the list goes on) -- TrustRadius for Vendors is surely something to consider! It is a solid alternative with very little audience overlap. The pricing policy is quite reasonable. TrustRadius for Vendors is a useful tool for ANY rapidly developing product, in any market segment.

We use TrustRadius for Vendors to get feedback from our customers. We wanted to provide customers with a way to honestly review the product and give constructive feedback. We also wanted a way for future customers to see how other customers use our product. TrustRadius has succeeded in helping us achieve both goals.
  • TrustQuotes are a great way to easily utilize snippets of the longer surveys.
  • We can get ratings and reviews.
  • Sometimes, TrustRadius for Vendors sends out solicitations for reviews of your product, but you have no way to verify these reviewers are/were actually your customers. We've had a few, who we can't trace to having been customers, so it's been a little puzzling.
  • The vendor portal can be tricky to navigate.
TrustRadius for Vendors is a great way for our company to get important feedback from customers. Using a third-party helps to obtain true, unbiased feedback. We use this feedback to learn, grow, and showcase success. It's a great way for future customers to understand how our product will help them, based on the real experiences of other customers.
